O R D E R   C A N C E L L A T I O N S

We at Herbivore work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can catch your order before it is shipped out.

This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at info@herbivorebotanicals.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!  

 

O R D E R   I S S U E S

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).

If a product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@herbivorebotanicals.com. We will happily replace any damaged items, however a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order.

In the unlikely event of lost or stolen packages, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund. We may re-ship the order once as a replacement.

 

R E F U N D S  +  E X C H A N G E S 

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@herbivorebotanicals.com at anytime if you are unhappy with your order. In most cases, returns are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. However in rare cases, we may accommodate refunds if product is returned due to an allergic reaction or damage/defect. In order to receive store-credit/refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and send the product back to us within 10 days of reaching out. There must be 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify.  

Herbivore Botanicals is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Herbivore Botanicals. 

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers. 

 

R E T A I L E R   R E T U R N S

We love supporting our independent retailers and local businesses. If you have any issues with your purchase from a retailer, please contact them before you reach out to us. In cases where the retailer has a no-returns/no-exchange policy, you may qualify for store-credit or exchange if the product is faulty or allergic reaction. We must receive a proof of purchase as well as proof of damages or allergic reaction. We will not be able to refund purchases made from our retailers. Similarly to our own return policy, you must reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and there must be 50% or more of the product left in the bottle or jar.
